Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases from My Little Gems.

Digital products - all sales final

Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Once a file has been delivered/downloaded, it cannot be "returned". For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions - when we will help

We want you to be happy. We will issue a refund or send a replacement if:

The download link did not work and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
The file is corrupted or significantly different from its description.
You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).

To request help, email hello@mylittlegems.in within 7 days of purchase with your order details, and we will respond promptly.

Cancellations

Because delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days.
