Welcome to My Little Gems ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell downloadable digital worksheets, colouring books, activity packs and e-books in PDF format. Products are for personal or single-classroom use only.

3. Licence & permitted use

You may print unlimited copies for your own children or your own classroom.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload the files, or claim them as your own.
All content remains the intellectual property of My Little Gems.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally via an instant download link and/or email immediately after successful payment. See our Delivery Policy.

6. Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, My Little Gems is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
